We only ship to Australian & New Zealand addresses at this time. We use Australia Post as our first choice for shipping orders. We charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders to Australian addresses and a $25 Flat Fee for all orders to New Zealand addresses. We have a Customer Notes Section at checkout where you can enter any delivery instructions such as the authority to leave your item in a safe place if you are not home to sign for it. If your item is a gift you can let us know at checkout and we will gift wrap the item and deliver directly to the receiver on your behalf. Please order with adequate time for the gift to arrive before the date required..

Regular Shipping for orders within Australia:

- Flat Rate $10 AUD per order.

Regular Shipping for orders within New Zealand:

- Flat Rate $25 AUD per order.


1. Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Standard Shipping, Anise Botanical Skincare will:

– Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within 7 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order is dispatched from our studio. All orders placed before 12pm weekdays will be dispatched the same day* Shipping times are based on current Australia Post standards and may arrive sooner than the recommended time frames depending on the delivery address. 

– For orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory, please allow up to 12 working days for delivery.

Please be aware that if you are not home to sign for your order a card will be left and you are responsible for picking up from you local post office or organising redelivery. We can ship your order with your authority to leave the package in a safe place, ONLY when expressly instructed to do so and only if you have requested this service directly with Australia Post. You can add a note to your order at checkout with delivery instructions. We cannot be held responsible for items that are left without a signature. 

IMPORTANT: From time to time items can be delayed by our delivery partners through no fault of our own and and we will do our best to communicate these delays to you. If you need an order by a specific deadline you MUST advise us at the time of order. We will not accept returns/ refunds if this information is not clearly communicated to us. If your item is faulty or not as ordered please advise us in writing along with photos of your order within 7 days of delivery. If an item is returned to us by our delivery partners due to failure by a customer to pick up their package or organise redelivery during the required time frames, extra freight and repacking charges will apply to re-ship the order back to you.
